This is a HMC halal certified establishment It's definitely my favourite burger place. Really good quality fresh food. Attentive service, although it can be busy at times. A must try place if you have never been. I travel a hundred miles to enjoy the food, well worth it. Thank you

Staff were friendly but service was ridiculously slow! We waited ages for somebody to take our order and then a long wait for drinks (one of which was wrong). And then a really, really long wait for food where one of the sides was missing. Just seemed to be a bit of a shambles. And then we had to wait even longer for the bill. The restaurant wasn't even particularly busy! Definitely not a place to go in your lunch hour. The food itself was OK, but a shame they don't sell any beer. Nothing special to come back for.

I gave the manager a tutorial on how to 1) give each customer a glass of water when they sit down 2) NOT put a straw in the water 3) NOT put whipped cream on top of a milkshake. He was very interested and receptive and wrote it all down. And the chocolate malt was excellent. HOWEVER second time I went (few months later...different people serving) we were completely ignored for 20 mins, then told to move seats etc....I'd give this a miss....

I honestly had a great experience there. It’s my first time eating in London and the staff were quite friendly and welcoming especially the waitress ( Iulia) who took care of me. The food was delicious 😋 . I’m definitely going back there before leaving London.

I would have liked to have given a positive review because I have enjoyed my previous visits to the Jenkins Lane branch however sadly this recent visit was not so good for the following reasons. Food seemed to take a while....so much so that while we were waiting one of the servers came over and asked what we would like for desert! While we were waiting my drink was brought to me whilst my colleagues was not. When he was halfway through his food he had to ask for his drink. Before paying we asked for the manager and brought these issues to her attention. Rather than properly acknowledging what had gone wrong we got a simple apology and a defence of I am sure you got your food within the 15 minute timeframe expected! We paid and left feeling unsatisfied with the experience and the response. I know someone who knows the owner. I will pass on a message of the need for some proper training. It was as if the staff had mentally checked out despite still being open!
