This was a family vacation with a toddler. It worked well, but I regret that the location wasn't a little closer to the Tube. Being close to London Bridge station, you get good access to Gatwick. The room was clean, modern, and well-kept. I would've liked the A/C to be a bit stronger. I'd recommend this hotel for adults wanting to be close to Borough Market. It's a good place for foodies, as there are many good restaurants in the area. Not much nearby for big chain American restaurants.

excellent hotel. modern and clean. Excellent location in the center. From the window is a view of the city center. Friendly staff everywhere in the hotel. Good breakfast. Nice seating at the hotel's bar in the evenings. The hotel has large rooms. Water in the fridge in the room available free of charge.

I have not a single complaint. We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean, spacious even though we had two large beds (no idea why). Breakfast while busy so a few minutes wait to get seated had a great selection and staff were friendly. The wifi is great, can watch videos without issue. The privacy screen in the bathroom is a fun feature.

Lovely room with view of Shard. Outstanding housekeeping cleaning room. We had superior premium room n asked for a quiet room which it was. Super gym sauna n steam room. Fridge in room with free water 😀 Amazing breakfast but don't eat in restaurant or bar reasonable price but poor quality... go instead to Black and Blue restaurant near Borough Market 5 min walk through back entrance of hotel. Also go to 11am choral Sunday service at Southwark Cathedral ⛪ it was AMAZING and you MUST hear Andrew Nunn preach... also other services in the week. Cathedral stunning inside with cafe with outside seating too in lovely surroundings.Amazing

I had a prolonged stay at the hotel with work over several months. Good room service menu. Nice rooms. Generous size. There is a bar downstairs and restaurant. Well located for the city and Tower of London. Quite a walk if you are a tourist and want to visit the west end. Tube station nearby. Local M and S nearby. Highly recommend
