I never write reviews (unless they are bad) but I felt compelled to write a review as a result of the service I received from this amazing hotel and the people who make it such a nice place to stay. I cannot name any names of the folks who are employed at this hotel (because they were all so amazing) BUT everyone here was so nice and so lovely... I cannot express how grateful I am to have booked this hotel. The folks here go out of their way to make your experience in London feel extremely wonderful. The rooms are extremely clean and exactly what you would expect from a five star boutique hotel. I hope my review makes you want to stay at this hotel because you won't regret it. In fact, you will thank me for this review because you will have booked this hotel and have gotten to meet some extremely wonderful people. To this hotel - Thank you for this experience and thank you for making my day just a little bit brighter. I very much appreciate it and will probably never stay anywhere else in London.

Love the Andaz hotels. They make sure your stay is exceptional. This time we were selected as "guest of the day." We enjoyed all the amenities in the room, including delicious sweets, a bottle of wine and the mini bar. Both dinner and breakfast at the hotel were delicious!

Great location in a very interesting neighborhood! The rooms are spacious and modern, and have thoughtful amenities like tea, bottled water and lemonade. The hotel is within walking distance of several neighborhood markets, churches, and St. Paul's. A relaxing and convenient hotel space.

Excellent location (Liverpool station is just there), excellent staff (Donna in housekeeping is a darling), higher than average in-suite dining (versus most other Hyatt properties), superbly and thoughtfully designed and appointed rooms and suites. You'll be pleased to know that the hotel serves a highly modified British cuisine (it's edible). So, if you're coming from Spain, France or some parts of The United States... You might want to take all your meals inside the hotel to avoid the legendary ghastly British food. Definitely request a room facing inward if you're sensitive to noise as the street side has a lot of noise from the nearby brigade and pubs. If you're extremely sensitive, you may notice the mini earthquake as the trains pass underneath.

From the very minute you walk in the place it smells great. Staff especially Dennis is amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The bar was busy, clean and well staffed too. The room we had 547 was out of this world. With a massive TV, lots of free goodies, complimentary fridge full of various soft drinks, nibbles and they even remembered our anniversary with 2 cakes and a bottle of wine....awesome..Just awesome..Nice
