This hotel is in a superb location on Regents Street only 3 minutes walk from Oxford St. Station. The views from the rooms are also great. Decor is a bit tired: one of the lamps wasn't working in our room and the fittings in the bathroom were a bit tarnished and scratched. The bar on the top floor is a nice addition and somewhere to go if you just want to sit in the hotel with a book or laptop, or of course, friends. Reception staff are all very friendly and efficient.

Reception staff professional and very friendly, but its abut 3000 degrees today and the air con is down on the 14th floor.. Offered a fan.. Helpful, but melting into a puddle still! Opened the window, but it's pretty noisy!

I go to this place not to stay in it but to enjoy the 15th floor scenery of Central London. You can meet with friends enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, very quite normally. Very much recommended even for business meetings.
