Great place , Oxford street is a walking distance, garden view is the best , though I wish the rooms were slightly larger. Club lounge is great with the breakfast , the afternoon snacks not much.

I was very disappointed in my stay at this particular Hyatt. One of the elevators was down the entire duration of my stay (9 days). This resulted in very long waits for the elevator and severe overcrowding during popular times. Also, they have no convenient stair access, so even though I was on the 2nd floor, I was forced to always use the elevator. Second, there were multiple days that housekeeping did not even bother to show up to my room to tidy up, despite me never using a privacy sign and me always being out of the room by 7am every day. Last, the most frustrating part, the housekeeping lost one of my possessions that I left on the bed. The hotel refused any responsibility and told me there is no proof and to call the police if I am not satisfied with their findings. Hyatt has just lost a dedicated Rewards member. I will certainly take my business elsewhere for all future travels.

Great hotel in a wonderful location in London. The staff are excellent and very efficient. They get you through check in and into the room in a reasonable amount of time. The hotel is well maintained with small rooms but good sized for London. The restaurant and bar are very good as well. They have all the amenities of a top notch hotel including the spa and gym. Room service was efficient and the options were plenty. Great location to explore the city or for business. Lots of taxis waiting immediately outside the hotel and Uber is easy to find.

Nice location. All popular brands are available at walking distance. Cleaning, staff behaviour and other services are excellent.

I went for meeting to this hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite. The atmosphere pleasant. I will go there again for another meeting. The Area for tea was very clean and also the ladies powder room. I will definitely be recommending and taking my clients there again.
