The place has a Starbucks and the rooms are nice. The showers are very weird though because there is no way of closing the shower. There are plenty of sockets in the room I am in and the WiFi is good. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Plus points: spotlessly clean, quiet room, a very comfy bed and a good buffet breakfast. Negatives: no atmosphere just a typical city chain hotel. Stayed for a business meeting and would not choose to stay in this location or hotel if travelling for a leisure trip to London

Spent the weekend with the other half at this hotel due to an event at the T Docks. Stayed in many holiday inns and other hotel for business and personal and have to say was pleasantly surprised. The area it is in is not the most appealing on the eye but its near many local shops incl McDs, Tesco, Coop etc. 10min walk from the tube. The hotel is clean, welcoming and has a fresh feel about it, with nice entrance/ reception. The room (incl bed) was spacious and clean. Breakfast was the usual and on par with the other hotels of this level, but with a fresh pancake maker 😋. Only issue I had was the strange smell in the corridor but after speaking with the deputy manager he assured me that they were dealing with it imminently as they had recently had a major leak- but it was nice that he was able to answer the q. Also he was very helpful with allowing us to keep our bags after check out time so we could go out before our train time, directed us to local places and helped answer usual touristy questions by even working out distance and times to things, going over and above what he needed to. Great place if I am every heading that way will definitely be booking to stay here again! Thank you.

I stayed 2 nights in this Hotel and I really liked the place. The location is not the best area however the hotel and rooms make up for that. Clean and very comfortable beds, clean shower. Although it is on a main road, you cannot hear any traffic. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was nice and quiet. Bed was a little uncomfortable especially pillows but this is just us being fussy! Nice Turkish restaurant Efes across the road. We were doing ride London and they happily stored our bikes for us too.
