Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, room had comfortable bed but walls were extremely thin (Could hear the next room's conversation) Room was extremely small - we felt borderline claustrophobic and the elevator scared the C**P out of us!! Creeks and sudden shakes and shudders at each floor, felt as if the wires wanted to snap!! 🙈 Can only really commend the staff rather than the hotel itself.

Did the job. Fantastic central location, comfortable bed. Small bedroom - not much space but enough for one night. Good sized bathroom, good pressure from shower. Would stay here again.

This hotel is in need of some serious TLC to the little things and seems to thing silicon is the answer to all its problems. The superkong beds are cramped in the rooms. However, powerful, hot shower, deep full bath and warm rooms make it a recommendation especially for the winter.

Decent hotel for a night out or weekend in Glasgow. Room although dated was a decent size and had plenty of space. Great location for Merchant City and city centre. Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Dinner was good and breakfast too although not a large selection.
